Because no one is tagging, which probably means no one is reading this blog. =/
Lol?!
•January 11, 2010 • No CommentsSomething funny happened. I went for my run just now. As always, I don’t have a watch for running. So normally I would ask a passer-by or other runners out there for the time before I start my run and after I complete my run. Then I would estimate my timing. As I walked towards the traffic light, I saw an uncle in running shoes, shorts, t-shirt and shades, with a towel wrapped around his neck. Obviously he was also out running. I asked him for the time and he flashed his watch at me.
Guess what?
HOLY SHIT. Thats a damn rolex! Lol. I mean, running with a damn rolex on your wrist? Either thats a fake or he’s just plain rich.
Anyway, I think my fitness is dying. I’m gonna die in Safra Avventura.
Shit.
Life’s good. =D
•January 8, 2010 • No CommentsIt’s been really some time since I run. The last time I ran was.. one day before lasik? Which is like, almost 2 months ago? Lol. I ran again yesterday. 4km - Cui. Looking at my performance yesterday, I really wonder how I managed to complete AHM at 2hours 22minutes. =/
Anyway, its the first time I ran with my new, God-gifted, perfect eyesight. And I tell you, the feeling is soooo wonderful. =DD And its also the first time I ran with my new, custom made insoles which cost $200plus (totally covered by SAF woohoo!) Those insoles work wonders as well. My ankles and knees doesn’t hurt anymore. =DD
Safra Aaventura coming, X-physique coming. Got to train more.
January is a busy month. But still, life’s good. God is good. =DD
So much for 2009.
•January 2, 2010 • No CommentsThat’s it! Its already 2010. Seriously fast. The older you grow, the faster time flies, because the more you are aware of the things in this world. When we were all kids, life was so carefree because everything was taken care of by somebody else. We do not have much responsibilities, neither do we have things to worry about.
January is gonna be another busy month for me, with events like BB Recruitment, my secondary school Alumni Dinner, Genting trip with my army mates, and most importantly, O.R.D. !!! How can I forget that important date? Lol. After which I will be working as camp facilitator lo. Exciting job, but monetarily uncertain as well. Haha. Nevermind. I shall walk in faith. =DDD With so much to do in January itself, 2010 is gonna fly as well. =/
Malaysia trip with my siao-on cousins.

All the cousins, plus my forth uncle. So old liao my forth uncle still don’t want to marry. Tsktsk.

We went to this shop that specially sells all types of chocolates. And yes, ALL types. =)

Seriously damn cute. haha.

Lastly, wishing everyone a happy new year.
PULL UR EAR!
UNlearn & RElearn.
•December 29, 2009 • No CommentsPrimers camp was seriously good. The primers got the message. =D And looking at the photos, I suddenly realised that BB boys are really a bunch of active, crazy, full-of-wild-ideas kids. lol.

LOL.

Damn bloody old signboard. I suppose its not in use anymore. But this kind of thing is very rare to find in Singapore. Blast from the past! =D

Outdoor cooking was kinda screwed. lol. Because
1) The firewoods were partly wet.
2) The primers lost most of their food during the expedition.
I guess its their first time cooking without solid fuels or gas canister. But nevertheless, they learnt something new. =D

Times have changed. Guys camwhore as well. Or rather, BB boys do. lolol. The only difference is that we don’t pout our lips, stick out our tongues, open our eyes super duper wide and you know lah things like that. hahaha.

Christmas was very well spent - with my extended family on my mother’s side. We went to Malaysia. All my cousins really do know how to go crazy. Haha. Nevermind. Pictures on next post! =D
Blogging from camp =D

Never been so busy!
•December 15, 2009 • No CommentsWhat a week! I’ve never been so busy. Or should I say, I’ve never been so busy doing everything except studies. Suddenly, things just drop down on my shoulder without any breaks and its a wonder that I am able to manage them well. So far, I mean. I’ve been accepted by two companies as a outdoor facilitator. As soon as I ORD in January, I will be freelanc-ing between Camp High Achievers and Innotrek. It’s going to be an exciting part of my life, because for once, I’m working with a purpose. Never mind that being an outdoor facilitator does not pays as much as doing telesales in a bank. At the very least, I am sure I will enjoy my work so much that it doesn’t feels like I’m actually working! =))) So for the past few days, I’ve been busy attending job interviews
Boys’ Brigade (BB) is the bomb. BOOMZ. I thought I could relax a little since its end of year and activities have stopped to make way for the holidays. But preparing for next year’s activity is even tedious. Whats more there’s still Primers Camp, which I pray that it will be a seriously big BOOMZ. =D
Seriously busy, and it hasn’t stop!
All is good.
•December 5, 2009 • No CommentsMany things happened in the last week of November. The biggest of all was of course lasik. Finally I had my lasik done woohoo! The nurse was really pretty but thats not the main point. =D The operation itself was not as scary as I thought. Everything happened so fast and before I knew it, the whole operation was over. No pain at all, just feel a little “gao wei“. I had difficulties sleeping that night though, the sleeping pills didn’t help much. So I just endured the irritations and the tearings throughout most of the night. However the very next morning when I woke up, all was clear, very clear, a far cry from how it feels for the last 10 over years.
I went for my first review that day and I can already read until the 3rd last row of the chart (you know those chart they use for eye tests?). Now, almost everything I see is clear but not crystal clear. I still can’t read those very small prints yet and night vision is still a little problematic. But nevertheless, all is good. =D For those who yearn for having a spec-less life, go lasik. Seriously, its worth it.
BB annual fun camp was also good, because the boys enjoyed everything.

Soldier in the making.

Heng not me. lol

=DDDD
I’m still alive.
•November 29, 2009 • No CommentsYes very much alive, kicking and jumping around. Many things happened, and all have been good. My vision have yet to recover fully so I guess I won’t type much.
Shall update next time so don’t change channel! =D
I SAY DUN CHANGE CHANNEL LA.
BUSY!
•November 22, 2009 • No CommentsThis few days has been really busy. It all started on Friday and it hasn’t stopped. Yesterday morning I have a combined church event (Hell lot of fun). I was part of the organising commitee (Hell and a HELL LOT OF FUN!) so together with the rest of the commitee members we stayed overnight together on Friday night. Come Saturday morning we woke up at 5.30am, had breakfast, and proceed to prepare for everything. The whole event ended at about 2pm. After doing the logistics its about 4.30pm. Went home and out again for Ben Loo’s 21st birthday. The day’s event ended past midnight, after which I finally got my sleep. =DD
Today rest. From tomorrow till Wednesday I have a BB annual fun camp. Tuesday I have interview at Camp High Achievers.
Thursday
will
be
LASIK!.
